Frequently Asked Questions
Where does your online inventory come from?
Shoes purchased from the website are from our brick-and-mortar store’s inventory. They have been tried on in the past but none of the shoes have actually been worn. We have concrete floors that can sometimes cause the bottoms of the shoes to become darkened, but this is due to how the shoes are made. Leather soled shoes are more prone to this problem. We do our best to make sure the shoes we send out are in pristine condition.
I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
You should have received a return/exchanges form with your shipment. However, if you did not receive this form or if you have misplaced it, the form is located under the Customer Service and then Returns. Form should be filled out and sent back with the merchandise.
I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared – what happened?
We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. The selection on jcoleshoes.com is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.
Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?
Yes! If an item you order from jcoleshoes.com goes on sale within 5 days of your original purchase, just contact us anytime and we’ll be happy to refund the difference to your original method of payment.
