I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

If you are not happy with your purchase from J.Cole Shoes you can return your item(s) for a full refund postmarked within 14 days. After 14 days but before 30 days, returns will receive store credit that never expires. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

  1. Go to the website and click on My Account in the upper right hand corner.
  2. Log in to your account using your email address and password.
  3. Click on the order number of the merchandise you wish to return.
  4. Check the box to the left of the item(s) you wish to return and click on the Return Checked Item box.
  5. If you would like to receive a store credit, please check the circle at the top. Otherwise, choose the second circle to receive a refund.
  6. The next page will feature a picture of the item.
  7. Please print this page to include inside the shipping box along with your merchandise.
  8. Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging, (e.g., shoebox), and place it in a shipping box. Attach the a return label to the sealed box. Be sure to cover any old labels with the new one, or just peel them off. A black marker can also be used to cover any existing bar codes. Please make record of your tracking number of the return. J.Cole Shoes will not be responsible for lost returns while shipping.

It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach J.Cole Shoes. Once it is received and inspected by J.Cole. (usually within 84 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days if return is postmarked within the 14 days of original receipt. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

 

I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared – what happened?
We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. The selection on jcoleshoes.com is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.


Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?
Yes! If an item you order from jcoleshoes.com goes on sale within 5 days of your original purchase, just contactus anytime during that 5 day time frame and we’ll be happy to refund the difference to your original method of payment.
